Returns Info

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a new return, please email info@precisegolf.com. All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued.

You can expect a refund within 7 days of receiving the return, if we determine that the returned item is eligible under this return policy. We'll notify you via email once we've processed the returned product. We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Warranty Claims

If you are seeking to replace or otherwise address products you believe to be defective, please refer to the below warranty terms. This Return Policy applies to goods not subject to a warranty claim.

Exchanges

We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 7 days of receiving your item. Please see our Return Policy above.

Warranty Info

As the manufacturer of exceptional golf equipment, we are committed to the performance and durability of our products.

With respect to golf clubs and push carts, we warrant, to the original consumer only, that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 12 months from the original date of purchase from an authorized retailer provided (1) the consumer presents proof of purchase in the form of an original receipt from the authorized retailer from whom the consumer purchased the product and (2) the golf club has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party.

A club may be covered by the warranty policy if it has undergone conventional club modifications (e.g., reshafting, regripping), if and only if, no damage was done as a result of the modification. It is our sole discretion to determine whether any damage was caused to the club by such modification. 

If a defect appears during the warranty period of the product, and you comply with the requirements above, we will replace the defective golf club with the same or a comparable product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty claims will be handled at our sole discretion, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated above.

With respect to all products, any replacement product will be warranted from the date of purchase of the original product from an authorized retailer, not from the replacement date.

Precise Golf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with the use of our products. There are no other warranties that extend beyond the warranties set forth above.
